When drinking Darjeeling tea have it with cream cheese or egg and cress sandwiches or cream deserts or cream cheese, to enhance the flavour of the tea and/or food.

  1. I think Redbush was Maa Ramotswe’s tea of choice in those lovely Alexander McCall-Smith’s book. We bought some once but it didn’t seem especially diffeent. Darjeeling now … oh yes!! Lovely tea.

    1. I had ‘rose tea’ this afternoon at my friends. She had bought it at ‘Betty’s’ in Harrogate, it was lovely. I’ve not tried Darjeeling, I must try it 🙂
