I love cooking cakes but havent really done any afternoon teas or cakes since my kids left home. I cant sadly have chocolate much as im diabetic but i will definetly investigate the book for a friend of mine who is a massive chocolate fan.
im keen for any recipes you have especially if its barm brak or fruit cakes….

Thanks flute – I do have a number of fruit cakes so browse through my old posts and one that has very little sugar as my Dad is a diabetic and I can substitute it for sweetner. 🙂

Sounds fabulous. I love cake baking. I subscribed to that baked and delicious. Its worth it as the silicon bakeware is very good quality and there have been some great recipes in there to!
