Did you know that the first one out of a pot is the weakest, so if you like strong tea enjoy the second cup or start by pouring a little tea into each cup, then top them up.
This way both cups get the same strength.

My Mum like tea so strong you could nearly stand a spoon up in it – it didn’t have stain her teeth though 🙂

I didn’t know this…how sad is that LOL. Course here in America we don’t do tea the right way…we brew each cup in the microwave. I know…EEEEEEEEEKKKKK!!!!!!!!!
