ANOTHER TEA FOR TWO AT CHEVIN GREEN FARM B & B…

We arrived at Chevin Green Farm for our overnight stay at this beautiful B & B nestled in the beautiful Derbyshire countryside. It was a whistle stop stay for a wedding reception nearby but we soon wished we had booked for longer to enjoy this boutique style B & B.

The first thing you spot in the reception is the lamp made from tea cups and the ceiling light from a tea-pot. Everything is about tea for two and two for tea. We go to our room and spot some lovely prints on the wall with Tea for Two and Two for Tea which were designed by the wife of the husband and wife team that run the B & B. What’s more the colours were the same as our kitchen but we had a wedding to get to…..

When we went back after the wedding there was a freshly made mini victoria sandwich cake for each of us, every type of tea you could possibly wish to try.  Breakfast was just as good and I bought the two prints to take home with me.

This will definitely not be our first visit to this lovely B & B who are soon to open their own Tea Room on the premises, so watch this space for more updates.

I am a mum and wife to a lovely caring family. I’ve suffered with chronic back pain for over 30 years and started writing my first blog in 2007 which covered back and chronic pain. Since then I have written many more blogs for myself and customers. I find it takes me away from my pain to another place. I love it so much I think it should be part of a recovery process after illness or surgery. I hope you enjoy reading through my blogs.
