TEA OR WATER, WHICH IS THE BEST TO DRINK?…

THE VILLAGE KITCHEN

Tea or Water, which is the best to drink? Well according to the NHS “Drinking four to six mugs of tea a day is as good for keeping you hydrated as a litre of water,” reported the Daily Mail. It said the finding disproves “the idea that regular tea drinking can dehydrate the body because of its caffeine content”.

With all this hot weather we all know that we should keep ourselves well hydrated but how much do we really need for our health? Well, scientists now say that you should work it out by your body mass.

To do that you simply take your weight in lbs and divide it by 2.2, multiply that number by your age, divide that sum by 28.3 and your total is how many ounces of water you should drink each day.

I am a mum and wife to a lovely caring family. I’ve suffered with chronic back pain for over 30 years and started writing my first blog in 2007 which covered back and chronic pain. Since then I have written many more blogs for myself and customers. I find it takes me away from my pain to another place. I love it so much I think it should be part of a recovery process after illness or surgery. I hope you enjoy reading through my blogs.
