HOW TO MAKE THE BEST ICED TEA TO HELP COOL YOU DOWN…

In this heat, we all need something cold and thirst-quenching and iced tea is perfect. Check out this easy recipe and make it for yourself.

Ingredients

4 teabags of your choice which could include any type of fruit tea

1 tables sugar (or alternative)

Mint sprigs to serve

Method

Add the tea bags, and sugar to a large heatproof jug. Pour over 1 litre just boiled water stir well and add the sugar or an alternative. Leave to steep for 5 minutes. Discard the tea bags and allow them to cool at room temperature before transferring them to the fridge to chill. Fill glasses with ice and pour in the tea and garnish with a sprig of mint. Enjoy
