    En realidad queria otro libro de ella pero al final me anime y compre este. Y que super descubrimiento, he hecho dos recetas y las ame..el panque de red velvet y el rollo. Que delicia¡ bien explicado y medidas buenas.

     I’m a home baker and the five chapters of this book contains a wealth of knowledge valuable for someone who has never baked a cake. Each recipe is nicely written and the steps are easy to follow. I’d say that my favourite part of following each recipe is the use of measuring cups and as avid fan of citrus cakes ; the double orange Bundt cake( page 119) was a hit for a friends gathering held at the upper east side. This compendium of cake recipes has a very special place in my Martha Stewart bookshelf.

    amazing books with lip-smacking cake recipes and photos . the last section is dedicated to some tips and also necessary recipes of frostings, sauces, garnishes etc. recommended!
