Wow, what a lovely baking book
When I saw the title of this book I thought it was just another baking book using herbs but it is so much more than that. There is a great introduction from the author and an even better chapter on how to use the book and the flowers that are edible, (far more than I thought). Then there is a very detailed chapter about the basics of cake making. Following this are the recipes all of them using flowers and herbs in some way from cakes to desserts even an ice lolly with flowers frozen inside. The photographs are superb too. This has inspired me to grow more flowers that I can use in my baking

    Excellent!
New to Juliet Sear – but started looking at her programme a couple of months ago on ITV. I wanted the book that accompanied the programme as she has done some really good recipes and projects. These books are to help me with the basics and start messing around with cake decorating etc. Really excited to get started.

It’s all in weights!!!….I don’t have the time to convert or have the $ to purchase scale when working from home with kids during pandemic. If I knew it was all in weights I would NOT have purchased. I thought it would all be in US measurements..cups etc. Disappointed this was not mentioned in description. I’m in the US.
