CAKE HEAVEN Great book on microwave cakes using your own or purpose bought mug.
A great accompaniment to cake in a mug which I bought for my son. Lots of lovely straight forward recipes which are easy to make. Loved the self saucing choc pudding. I liked how it offered good clear measurements and how your pud can be ready in a few minutes.

The recipes are pretty easy and most are made in one mug, so less mess. There is one I’ve made so far that required separate bowls which was more complicated than I wanted, but there are so many to try and they are all yummy! The majority of recipes require 1 egg, 2 TBS super fine sugar, 4-5 TBS of flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and about 1 oz of various chocolates, plus lovely add-ins like raspberry jam, caramel sauce, marshmallow, etc. I’m very pleased with this book!
