Best gluten free bread
The recipe for gluten free bread is by far the best recipe I’ve found. For that alone it gets 5 stars!

Fascinating and informative guide to making bread.
This book contains exactly the information I was looking for. On first read I learnt something about making bread – namely that a warm temperature is not necessary for the dough to rise – this can be done overnight in the refrigerator.I’ve docked a point as the book is printed in China – surely this could and should have been printed here.

Fantastic little book
This was a stocking filler Christmas present and to be honest I had no great expectations of it but WOWI have now tried at least half the recipes in the book – all have worked and been asked for againHow many bread books have you got that only contain one or two recipes that you use again and again – very few I would suggestBelieve me this will prove the exception

Interesting book
I am a new recruit to home baking and was hoping to find a book that helped me bake good bread. There are many good recipes in the book but rather few for breads which was a little disappointing.

Great little book
Love the National trust little books. Have quite a few. The bread one has been fun as we have been experimenting with out breads as we have time to do this. Great book and a great way to start bread making.
