Bake real crispy base pizzas, evenly-baked loaves of bread or cookies with the Navaris cordierite baking stone. The smooth stone retains heat to deliver beautifully crisp results.
A TASTY EXPERIENCE
Get that Italian flair and taste at home with the high-quality pizza stone from Navaris. Bread loaves, rolls or tarte flambée also obtain a particularly crispy, great flavour when you bake them with this affordable cordierite stone. Any excess liquid is absorbed, leaving you with that crunchy taste!
HOW TO
Pre-heat the stone in the oven at 250 degrees on the middle rack for about 30 minutes. The actual baking time is very short. Do not place the stone directly on a metal tray or on the bottom of the oven. Place the dough on baking paper or sprinkle the pizza stone with flour to help prevent sticking.
NOTE
The pizza stone is not dishwasher safe. After baking, let the stone plate cool down. Do not rinse immediately with cold water, otherwise the pizza stone tray could break.

Have been making pizza for several weeks now and had tried the frying pan and grill method with some great results but the stone gives a really nice crust and texture to the pizza. I would recommend a pizza peel to safely get your pizza onto and off the stone. Itâs surprisingly heavy.

Good quality heavy pizza stone
Good heavy pizza stone that holds a lot of heat. Only negative comment is although I picked a dark coloured stone you can still see the burnt in stains like a normal terracotta coloured stone.

Great size, gets really hot.
Really love this pizza stone. I used to have a small round one that was thinner than this too. This one fills up the oven and gets much hotter. My homemade bread and pizzas are really good now thanks to this.

Good Pizza Stone
I bought this to make pizzas in my gas bbq and it hasnât disappointed. Just make sure when you use it for the first time heat it up gradually. We made pizzas with great crispy bases.

So far so good. Of course, the test is whether it lasts and doesn’t crack, and only time will tell. But this one seems thick enough that I won’t have that problem, I hope. Definitely thicker than the Pampered Chef stones I’ve had in the past. Pizzas have cooked very nicely on it. I like the square style because it gives some free corners to hold onto when you’re cutting the pizza. Would definitely recommend it.
