    best thing you can buy for bread and brisket, bread gets bigger crustier, tastie, brisket more tender faster cooking times:)

    Got this to make sourdough bread. It’s been fabulous, especially as no handle on the top of lid so can be used to cook in. Quite heavy so bear this in mind when purchasing. Heavier than another cast iron pot of same size I have.
