Flossies Tea Cakes Blog is written by mum of two Florence, who blogs about fabulous fabrics and her sewing obsession, and ‘not’ as the name might inspired all about tea and cakes, (although she does love to bake).
She lives in England, with two small children who, she says ‘aren’t actually so very small any more and I am married to the delectable Mr Teacakes, who works alongside me from home (we design educational apps for iPad, iPhone and android devices to help children learn their weekly spellings, times tables, fractions and lots of other essential skills)’.
She tries to sew nearly every day, and writes patterns and occasional articles for sewing magazines, as well as sharing tutorials on her blog. She has also produced an eBook all about machine applique.
