AFTERNOON TEA TOTAL…

Broadoaks afternoon teaAfternoon Tea Total is a blog written by Natalie, who is a rather big fan of afternoon tea,(A girl after my own heart).

She spends half of her time in London and half in Berlin, and in both cities is dedicated to hunting down the finest in teatime treats and documenting her experiences in them.

She writes mouth-wateringly detailed reviews of both tea and food, and her gorgeous recipes will send you straight into the kitchen to have a go at one of them.

FLOSSIE TEA CAKES…

Chelsea and Garden Flossies Tea Cakes Blog is written by mum of two Florence, who blogs about fabulous fabrics and her sewing obsession, and ‘not’ as the name might inspired all about tea and cakes, (although she does love to bake).

She lives in England, with two small children who, she says ‘aren’t actually so very small any more and I am married to the delectable Mr Teacakes, who works alongside me from home (we design educational apps for iPad, iPhone and android devices to help children learn their weekly spellings, times tables, fractions and lots of other essential skills)’.

She tries to sew nearly every day, and writes patterns and occasional articles for sewing magazines, as well as sharing tutorials on her blog. She has also produced an eBook all about machine applique.

YIPEE, YIPEE, YIPEE, MY BLOG’S BEEN SHORTLISTED…

xmas home

I’m sooooooooooooo excited, I’ve just had an email from ‘theblogshop.co.uk’ that this blog has been short-listed for the ‘Best Use Of A Blog category of The Blogshop’s Best Blog Awards 2012!

There’s nothing any of you can do to help me with this as it’s up to the judges to review my blog posts over the next two weeks. It will then be announced who has won or come second or third, but I’m just chuffed to bits that I’ve made it to a short-list. So, I’d just like to say thank you to any bloggers who voted for me.

Fingers crossed please, thank you :):)
