    I went onto Amazon to see if my baking book ‘ Over One Hundred Tips on Baking Cakes’ was anywhere on their lists, but couldn’t find it anywhere, boo hoo…

          It’s variable, thank you. It’s improving overall but still feels as if something fizzy is dissolving in the hip joint. Osteopath thinks I’m progressing ‘as I should’ but it’s likely to be slow; it feels it.

          How is yours doing? I’ve sort of lost touch with blog recently, am trying to get back properly!
