The Sherwood Cookery Workshop is offering you the chance to join one of their fun Bake Off-inspired two-hour workshops, modeled on the technical round!
Pitted against a maximum of 11 other bakers, you’ll be provided with a series of instructions (Mary Berry style!) to produce a technical dish that’s as close to perfection as possible. You’ll get great feedback on how to improve, so you’re sure to have a blast and learn plenty! Most ingredients and equipment will be provided as well as vegan and vegetarian options if needed, although you may be asked to bring a few additional bits – just make sure you take a couple of empty containers and an apron with you.
They even award prizes throughout the day – how brilliant is that.
