CHOCOLATE AFTERNOON TEA

I am sure I am not the only chocoholic to fancy a ‘Chocolate Afternoon Tea’ am I ?

My first port of call to search for them was on Google. I wanted to find out if there were any in my area (Nottinghamshire) but the only one I found was back in 2014!!!! I then tapped into Google ‘Chocolate Afternoon Tea’ which came up with a page of chocolate ones available in London.

Unfortunately they all seemed to be in London and according to About Time Magazine the top five are………. in ‘London’.

From The Landmark in London with it’s deeelicious chocolate delights…

They all look absolutely amazing  and these are just a few available in London. I did manage to find one in Manchester at Cocoa Cabana Chocolatiers and The Park House Restaurant in Cardiff also at the Whittlebury Hall Hotel in Silverstone. The Barnham Broom in Norfolk also has a chocolate afternoon tea as well as Cuppas at Rothley a 1940’s themed tea room also advertise it but by this stage I had gone through a lot of pages on Google and was getting a bit fed up of trying to find one nearer to me.

So chocoholic lovers, make sure next time you stop at your local tea room/restaurant/Hotel for an afternoon tea suggest to them that maybe a chocolate themed afternoon tea on their menu would be a great idea. If you don’t ask you won’t get as they say.

If you know of anywhere that does a chocolate themed afternoon tea then please let us chocoholic’s know.

Now I’m off for a bit of chocolate after looking at all those delicious afternoon tea pictures…..

  1. Sorry can’t help you out but they do all look amazing. Maybe you could make your own chocolate afternoon tea or else a trip to London might be in order 🙂

    • Ok now you have got me totally obsessed with the idea of a chocolate afternoon tea. Have you been to the hotel chocolat chocolate café in Leeds? I keep meaning to check it out. Apparently they do afternoon tea, the menu looks pretty good.http://m.hotelchocolat.com/uk/restaurants/roast-and-conch
Sadly, we only have a shop and not a cafe in Glasgow but I have been buying their chocolate for years and it’s amazing so I think the café should be good.
