I had a busy month in July with both my Afternoon Tea4Two Blog and also my Back Pain Blog so I am quite surprised that I managed to write 19 posts but hopefully they were worth reading.

My first post was Breast Cancer Afternoon Tea which is taking place throughout August. None of us need an excuse to hold an afternoon tea but if your raising funds for such an important charity then it is well worth organizing one.

My second post was why you needed to check out my June posts with 15 Reasons to Read Through my June Posts.

I write a regular post on Delicious Fruit and Vegetables to enjoy in July.

During the summer months there seems to be more Foodie Events so I wrote about 5 Foodie Dates for your Diary in July.

My favourite topic to write on of all time is Chocolate as I am a true Chocaholic so it was easy to write about World Chocolate Day on 7th July.

We are all trying to keep healthy so an article on How Using Herbs Can Help Boost Your Energy Immune System seemed a good one to write about.

Foodie Festival the UK’s Biggest Celebration of Food Drink and Wellbeing took place on the 16th/17th July.

I do love my quotes and posted quite a few in July with most of my posts having a quote at the end of them including this Tuesday’s Tea and Chocolate Quote.

A tip for bakers was a post I wrote called Baking Soda Do’s and Dont’s some of which will fascinate you.

Afternoon Tea Week is 9th – 15th August so my post includes some links where you can find some delicious Afternoon Teas during that week.

Why You Should Drink Chamomile Tea and How to Buy It & Brew It – I was hoping this might tempt someone who has not tried Chamomile Tea which has so many reasons to drink it.

Another post on my Afternoon Tea Quote of the Day for you to enjoy.

The next post The 33 Best Cookbooks for 2021 was a reblog from The Frontier Post as I felt we would all like to know which cookbooks to buy.

I write lots of posts about the benefits of Aromatherapy Massage on my Back Pain Blog but did you know that you can also get it for your home, my post on Aromatherapy for your Laundry & Cleaning Products.

Another few tips on baking this month included a post on Why You Should Add Dried Fruit to you Baking Recipes.

Two Quotes Tuesday continued my theme on lovely quotes.

My next post was all about tasty foods Tasty, Exotic, African Foods To Tickle Your Tastebuds.

With the heat we all experienced in July and because I love cold coffee I wrote a post on what I thought were 3 Great Cold Coffee & Iced Tea Makers.

My final post for July was a reblog from Health & Nutrition – You don’t have to be a Rabbit to Benefit from a Raw Food Diet.

I hope you enjoyed my posts July and look forward to writing lots more in August.
