    Four weeks until Chocolate Week…!

According to the ‘Salon Du Chocolate’ , with a month to go until Chocolate Week it’s all go in the world of chocolate, getting ready for the biggest week in the calendar!

This week they have been talking to Divine, who are hosting events in hotels and restaurants up and down the UK so make sure you look to see what’s happening in your area.

They also announced the inventor of sea salted caramel, Henri Le Roux, who will be joining them at Salon du Chocolat London and congratulations to Hotel Chocolat who picked up a Cosmo Beauty Award recently for their Cocoa Juvenate range.

They have also got more chances to win goodies from House of Dorchester and recipes from Peter Gordon and Ed Baines. Just head along to their ‘Chocolate Week’ website and take a look for yourself.

Wey-hey … bring it on!! Divine chocolate are really good in that they are Fair Trade. I always buy FT – chocolate with a conscience!

I know I can’t wait, I think I will try and have very little until then and enjoy (like you) Fair Trade Chocolate. There was loads of that at a Food Show we went to at the weekend with so many different flavours which I tasted. The trouble was I just couldn’t decide which one I liked best so we came away without any :):)
