If like me, you cannot live without your daily chocolate fix, then go for the ‘Glamour Food Chocolate Bar’, by ‘The Organic Pharmacy’.

Apparently the unprocessed cacao retains all its nutrients, and the antioxidant goji, acai and blueberry plus agave nectar sweeten it. It’s also good for your skin.

Go to ‘The Organic Pharmacy’ website for more details www.theorganicpharmacy.com

If that’s not your cup of tea then stick to the traditional milk chocolate which, according to a new study could be just the best breakfast you could have.

The new study suggest having something sweet at breakfast can help you lose weight and keep it off.

Apparently those who ate a 600 calorie breakfast, including some chocolate, lost 18kg more than those who stuck with a 300 calorie one. The bigger breakfast staves off hunger and squashes cravings for sweet food. And, if you serve blueberries for breakfast they have more antioxidants than others so could fight Alzheimers and depression.

Make sense to me, I can’t wait for breakfast tomorrow morning. 🙂
