There’s afternoon tea and there’s afternoon tea, but enjoying it while on the River Thames, has to be a bit special. So, with Mother’s Day coming up this month I guess it’s no surprise to find that a number of places are holding very special Afternoon Teas, just for Mums.
You could have it in the R.S.Hispaniola River Thames, which is permanently located alongside Victoria Embankment, the R.S. Hispaniola is a great place for a Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea treat. You can take Afternoon Tea in the stylish restaurant or out on the sun deck, where you can see fabulous view of the river, the London Eye and the Houses of Parliament
Or try Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea Cruise, on the River Thames London. Why not treat your Mum to something very special this year – Afternoon Tea on the River Thames. Your Mum can enjoy a delicious Afternoon Tea as she gazes at an endless stream of river front sights. Seeing London from the River Thames is an unforgettable way to view some of London’s best landmarks.
I can vouch for this as only last month we visited London to see our daughter and with the weather being poor we decided to take a boat from Westminster to Greenwich. It was a fabulous way to see all the sites along the river front.

As a Londoner I can recommend all the above suggestions. Or, try blagging a cuppa and a jam doughnut round at mine 😉
