I read this in a magazine while waiting in the GP’s surgery and had never heard of it before, so I thought I would share it with you. I’d love to know if anyone has ever tried this as it sounds too good to be true to me.

Aspall Organic Cyder Vinegar from Supermarkets and good Health Shops. It speeds up your metabolism and suppresses your appetite naturally.

Start with 1 tsp in the morning and early evening mixed with 300 ml warm water. If you hate the taste then stir it into a smoothie.

After about four weeks, you can increase it to 2 tsp morning and evening.

Vinegar does have some health benefits. I haven’t heard of this one, but who knows – it might work!

honeygar apple vinegar is supposed to be very good in water and the apple means it is sweeter than actual vinegar so more palatable
