What a fantastic book this is. Its a book to keep and look at with it’s fabulous illustrations and matte finish to the pages.
It’s full of afternoon tea recipes which are all dooable, even for an amateur like myself.
If you are planning on holding a tea party then you wont go wrong with this book. It takes you through the steps from organising your afternoon tea to making the perfect cuppa. It is even has a chapter on tea strength, a guide for the hostess.
With recipes for sandwiches, savouries, big cakes, small cakes, biscuits and buns, pastries and whoopie pies!

Some great books around which you seem to discover.
Thanks hutt, since I had the Kindle for Christmas I have read far more varied books as I adore that you can read a couple of sample chapters and with all the help you can get from Amazon I don’t need to go into a book shop anymore – which I guess is a bit sad really.
