    GINGER TEA FOR NAUSEA…

If you are suffering from nausea then ginger tea especially for morning sickness is the thing to have. It is also good for motion sickness and sometimes even a hangover sickness (depending on the extent!).

It may all be relieved by ‘sipping’ ginger tea.

    BLUEBERRIES

Did you know that blueberries are one of the healthiest foods you can eat. Their blue colour comes from powerful plant pigments called anthocyanins. Which have 2,400 times the antioxidant power of Vitamin E.

    ICE-TRAY TRICKS….

If you have a little wine left over in your bottle then fill an ice-tray with the left-overs freeze it, then take it out when you are cooking your favourite dish.

You can do exactly the same with left over herbs by putting them in the ice-cube and putting a little water over them, then freeze them.

That’s a great idea for the ice cube trays.

I agree, that is an excellent idea for the ice cube trays. I always keep ginger in the house for upset tummies, and I love blueberries:)xx
