The Tea Trail with Simon Reeve is on BBC @ 8pm tonight, Sunday 12th January.
As we all know us Brits simply ‘adore’ tea, and apparently every year in Britain we drink more than a thousand cups of tea and coffee each !!! spending more than a ‘billion pounds’ on it.
The Tea Trail is a two-part series and follows Simon Reeve (who I am a big fan of) as he visits Africa and Southeast Asia to explore the trade in these leaves and beans, from plantation to pot.
He starts his journey tonight in Mombasa, Kenya so if you find the time to watch make sure you set it to watch it on catch up.
