    EASY BAKE MARMALADE TEA LOAF…

    Ingredients

    125g/5oz Marmalade
    150g/6oz Butter or Margarine
    150g/6oz Light Brown Sugar
    200g/7oz Self Raising Flour
    3 eggs
    ½ tsp Baking Powder
    2 tsp ground ginger
    1 tsp mixed spice

    Method
    Preheat oven to Gas Mark 4/ 180C/160 Fan Oven/ 350F
    Grease or line your loaf tin
    Whisk the butter, sugar and marmalade until light and fluffy
    Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk until smooth
    Pour into your lined loaf tin
    Bake for 1-1 ½ hours
