They say that dark chocolate may help treat patients with cirrhosis of the liver, as the antioxidants compounds in the chocolate are thought to dilate or widen blood vessels and improve blood flows.

I’ll tell my daughter…. 😉 Teenagers and their binge drinking are bound to get grotty livers really aren’t they? And when I’ve finished my diet I’ll go on a dark chocolate diet to make sure my liver is ok too 😀
Raw beetroot is very good for the liver… not quite the same though is it! :))
