    MINI CAKES by HANNAH MILLS…

If like me, you are constantly watching your weight but also enjoy your cakes and pastries then why not try to bake mini versions of your favourites so you eat less of them. Well, that’s my theory and why I bought ‘Mini Cakes’, by Hannah Mills.

It’s a cookery book full of delicious ‘mini’ treats for any occasion, and apparently the newest trend that is sweeping New York bakeries.

Recipes include favourites like pecan pie, eclairs, French Fancies and Strawberry Layer Cake. Tiny treats that are designed to thrill the taste buds in just one or two mouthfuls.

Available from all good book shops and or Amazon.

I would eat many, many of those little delights unless I made sure I made them only when I had visitors or could freeze them and just defrost one at a time x
