I am a mum and wife to a lovely caring family. I’ve suffered with chronic back pain for over 30 years and started writing my first blog in 2007 which covered back and chronic pain. Since then I have written many more blogs for myself and customers. I find it takes me away from my pain to another place. I love it so much I think it should be part of a recovery process after illness or surgery. I hope you enjoy reading through my blogs.

  1. Thank you for noticing! We’re pleased about the award, and looking forward to showing off the guide at World Tea Expo in 2 weeks. There are no recipes per se in the book, it is a how-to guide on taking either a plain mix or basic scone recipe and altering the additions to create any flavor you can imagine. We Americans like to be creative with our flavors! We are also planning to offer the book in an ebook format–likely something we will finalize shortly after our return from World Tea Expo–so look for it sometime in mid to late June as an e-book.
