Ingredients
10 Double Chocolate Chip Cookies, crushed
35g (1 ¼ oz) Low Fat Spread (melted)
100g (3 ½ ox) Philadelphia Low Fat Soft Cheese
250g (9oz) O% Fat Greek Yoghurt
½ tsp Vanilla Essence
Method
Put the cookies and low fat spread into a bowl and mix together
Spoon into a 15cm (6) loose bottomed, round cake tin
Press it down firmly
Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes
Mix the Philadelphia with the yoghurt and vanilla essence
Place on top of the chocolate base and refrigerate until firm
mmmm sounds scrummy and not that bad for you with all the low fat stuff x
