I am in the middle of writing my second book on baking with each recipe being based on a ‘loaf cake’.

I love the simpleness of making loaf cakes and they last so well.

One of my favourite recipes is definitely my ‘Soggy Orange Loaf Cake’ which I have previously posted on here, but for anyone who missed it I will put the recipe at the end of this post.

What I would really love is to include my blog friends recipes in my book. I plan to put these from the middle of the book with ‘other recipes from friends and bloggers’, included in the title. The more the merrier.

Chocolate Banana Loaf Cake

It would have your own recipe/pictures and links/references to your site/blog where you have previously posted it ( or not posted it).  If any of my blog friends would be interested in this then please message me on here and I will get back to you.
