One of the best ways to save money on your food deliveries is by buying a delivery pass which gives you free deliveries for a monthly or annual fee.

If you use the same supermarket every week then you could save over £200 by using the delivery pass.

Try going for midweek or off-peak delivery as this is always the cheaper option but using a delivery pass is still the cheapest way to save money. Waitrose, Co-Op, Lidl and Aldi do not offer this service.

Supermarkets that do offer it are Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Ocado, and Morrisons

I am a mum and wife to a lovely caring family. I’ve suffered with chronic back pain for over 30 years and started writing my first blog in 2007 which covered back and chronic pain. Since then I have written many more blogs for myself and customers. I find it takes me away from my pain to another place. I love it so much I think it should be part of a recovery process after illness or surgery. I hope you enjoy reading through my blogs.
