Alex Probyn who is a master tea blender who holds the tea tastings and blending workshops. He will show you how to use the slurping and spitting technique to identify different ingredients and flavours of up to 24 different varieties of teas.
He will take you through the history of tea and explain the different types and manufacturing techniques. Then you will blend your very own tea, designed to fit your own tea tasting desires, which Alex will blend and send to you. The tea tasting also includes an Afternoon Tea to enjoy.
