According to the International Coffee Association World coffee exports amounted to 10.80 million bags in May 2022, compared with 9.82 million in May 2021.
Exports in the first 8 months of coffee year 2021/22 (October/21 to May/22) have increased by 1.3% to 88.51 million bags compared with 87.34 million bags in the same period in 2020/21.
In the twelve months ending May 2022, exports of Arabica totalled 81.00 million bags compared with 82.21 million bags last year; whereas Robusta exports amounted to 49.69 million bags compared with 47.12 million bags for the previous year.
