    I bet you didn’t know that sipping a cup of green tea could actually stop you going senile.

    Scientists at Newcastle University have discovered that green tea can protect your brain.

    It’s rich in polyphenois, which can protect against Alzheimer’s and other types of dementia.

    I really wish I could grow to like the taste of green tea with all its added benefits, but it just doesn’t do if for me. How about you? …

        Same with me kevin, I think I might try it with a fruit tea infusion as well as it really is supposed to be so good for you 🙂

      I drink it from a pint mug, and it works so well I can spell “polyphenols”. 🙂
