Some teas to choose to de-puff are single herb teas with diuretic properties, like dandelion nettle or fennel. Clipper teas, www.clipperteas.com and Birt&Tang teas have these available.

To de-bloat sip teas with herbs and spices, such as cardamom, ginger and clover, to ease the gas that has waistbands straining. Try Yogi Stomach Ease Tea which is available from www.victoriahealth.com

To deflate try Sencah, Wuyi Cliff Oolong and Pu?erh teas, which help to lower insulin spikes. Slender Pu?erh Tea has this and is another available at www.victoriahealth.com and Tava Tea has all three in one blend, www.tavatea.co.uk
