Drink black and green tea to sharpen your brain as they both have health benefits, but green tea has the most with three to four times more antioxidants.

  1. The only black tea I drink is Chinese tea.
    I absolutely must have milk with my cuppas, lots of it so it’s kinda silky and smooth.
    Well, milk is good for the bones, right?

    • lol, milk is defo good for you an I’m like you can’t drink english tea without milk but will have a fruit tea black 🙂
