Great book
Can’t wait to try out some of the recipes. I guess it’s aimed at the American market because of measures ( cups and pounds), some of the ingredients such as half and half (which I had never heard of and had to look up) and recipes such as pumpkin pie. Yes pie in a bread book 😉 there is a US metric conversion chart in the back though

Title is misleading, only 19 bread recipes, not 101
The title is Keto Bread â101 low-carb, keto friendly breads for every mealâ. This is not the case, one chapter is bread with about 19 âbreadâ recipes in total (pastry is not bread) with the rest of the book full of recipes you can eat with the bread you have already made and some desserts at the end. I will be returning this.

Awful
Spent a lot of money on ingredients so that I could have a bacon sandwich on my Keto diet. Two people in our family have tried the Sandwich Loaf recipe and it comes out as per picture. It doesn’t rise and is a very dense and awful tasting experiment…

Complete disappointment; nothing new or different here
I bought this book thinking there would be something new about these recipes. Instead it’s just a remix of the usual recipes available free on the Internet. As usual the author assumes that “low carb” equals “gluten free” and is preoccupied with using loads of eggs, snotty-tasting psillium husk, beef gelatin, pricey cheese (over four cups in one turnover crust recipe, not counting the filling), and other special ingredients to replace gluten. Gluten is a low-carb protein and the majority, who can tolerate it just fine, can purchase it (it’s simply flour with the starch and bran washed out). I may try altering some of these recipes to use real vital wheat gluten in place of some of the substitute ingredients. Every recipe also contains bitter stevia, and mixing it with erythritol doesn’t help. I can’t make a single recipe as written. And no, despite the author’s gushing, regular people are perfectly capable of telling the difference between these recipes and real bread, and they are being nice when they tell you they’re “amazed”. These are not good recipes and I wasted my money on this book.

Gave a good variety of recipes. Not to hard to make them

Loved this book! There were a lot of recipes and a nice variety of them. I love how she incorporated the bread recipes with other recipes. For example, she has an English muffin recipe that she incorporated with a breakfast sandwich recipe. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone on a low carb/ low sugar diet!

Most of them are not fluffy as other keto breads Iâve made. The pizza, focaccia bread recipes are ok!

A big thank you to the Authors for taking the time, love and dedication to detail each bread recipe to the most fundamental detail. I have so far tried 3 bread recipes; the Pizza Base, Focaccia Bread and the White fluffy whey protein bread. All three turned out yummy. Looking forward to trying more over the coming weeks. If you are on a Keto/Low carb diet, this is your bread bible. Get it now, thank us later. Cheers

This book does a good job of explaining alternative ingredients. I have made the almond flour / mozzarella based pizza several times, with excellent results. I shape the crust on lightly oiled baking paper, and place that directly on a preheated pizza oven. Pre-baking the crust alone at about 420 degrees for 5 minutes, then adding sauce and toppings and then back in the oven for about 8 minutes still on the baking paper, then place on heavy cookie sheet for cutting into slices, and back in on the paper on the sheet on the stone for 3-8 minutes with oven off, just to crisp up a bit more. I also add garlic powder and oregano to the flour mixture. So nice to have pizza again, while avoiding sugar and carbs!
