Matcha is derived from an ancient process of grinding the highest quality whole tea leaves into a fine powder.

Matcha has been used for centuries by the Zen Buddhists to help keep them alert and focused during meditation.

When you drink Cho-Yung’s exclusive Miracle Matcha you benefit from ALL the health giving properties of the polyphenol and catechin antioxidants, found naturally in tea leaves.

Cho-Yung’s exclusive Miracle Matcha, made from 100% high grade pure white tea matcha powder, is sourced from high altitudes above the fertile Rift Valley in Kenya, and has some of the highest recorded levels of the important anti-oxidant polyphenol versus any other tea type.

Only by consuming the tea leaves whole, does the body get the maximum benefit from this ‘super tea’. It’s packaged in a tin and you can add the Miracle Matcha Pure White Tea Powder to almost any food. Apart from the anti-oxidant boosting goodness of this tea it also has goji berries, chia seeds and flax seeds in it.

It’s available from Holland Barrett stores.

What a shame your not a tea drink Bushka, especially if you have a good Buddhist friend whom I’m sure will probably drink nothing else 🙂
