    Chocolate Banana Loaf Cake

Yet again we are reading how good chocolate is for you.

A recent study published by the ‘Journal of Physiology’, showed that you can boost your workout with chocolate.

It revealed that ‘epicatechin’, an antioxidant compound found in cocoa, can reduce muscle fatigue, increase your endurance and therefore help your train for longer.

It can also help your muscles use oxygen more efficiently, keeping you fitter from the inside out.

Is there ‘nothing’ chocolate can’t help us with ? It’s just such a shame it puts weight on 🙂

I would eat a bar a day if it didn’t put a pound a week on.
