The Bitter Sweet Chocolate, www.bittersweetchocolates.co.uk at The Three Horseshoes Inn, Chocolate Shop, Derby is a chocolate heaven.

They have won the ‘Grate Taste Gold Award’ for their Strawberry and Cream with Vanilla Vodka Truffles in 2009. Since then they have won two further awards for their Chilli and Lime Chocolate bites, and for their Rose Creams (mouth watering…….)

They also have workshops, where you can learn to make 25 fresh cream truffles and design and make solid chocolates.

You can then take everything you have made home with you. That’s if you haven’t already eaten them 🙂

Hello mmy friend. Gosh, that sounds like a great time. The workshop would smell delicious! And my health is not good at the moment. Presently undergoing some tests and once all the results are in, then I will know what is going on and what to do about it. How are you feeling? Xx

Hi m, so sorry your struggling again, I do hope it’s nothing serious. I’m sleeping so much better with the acupuncture so it does help me dealing with all the pain. The appointment for the Back Pain unit has come through for May, it’s a bit of a wait but if I can have Acupuncture in the mean time that will help. Keep well, thinking of you xxxx
