Me to bda, I use gluten free flour for my daughter, her stomach plays up if she has too much of it.

We don’t need that fortunately, but some do like your daughter.

It is something that seems to have become more of a problem nowadays.

I like a lot of the gluten free cookies and such. Even though I don’t suffer from celiac problems. You can get all sorts of them from Amazon too.
Dear Barmac,I was just passing your way and wondered how you are recuperating from your unfortunate accident. You have been on my mind ever since dear friend. How I hope the pain is far less now and that you are beginning to get back to normal movements. You are in my prayers until I know you are better. JW XX

Hi JW, well as you can see I have spent my time writing a baking tips book which has been quite a long drawn out thing, but it has definitely taken my mind off things.

Not sure if you saw my last post but the double tubi grip didn’t work so I had to have it in plaster – I’ve now got about 12 days and counting to when it is removed. I can’t wait, although not too much problem with the crutches and my back, my knee has driven me crazy but it is quite heavy for me to carry around.

I hope your keeping well JW, thanks for popping by xxxx
