‘Great British Dining, Eating for Vitality and Spring Entertaining’ are some of the classes available and you can choose from a full day, half day or evening workshop.
They say’ learn new techniques and revamp your recipe repertoire as you transform a pile of ingredients into a culinary masterpiece’ !!
