    BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP LOAF CAKE…

    Chocolate Banana Loaf Cake

    Chocolate Banana Loaf Cake

    Ingredients
    3 Ripe Bananas (mashed)
    2 tablespoons Olive Oil
    220g light brown sugar
    2 tsp vanilla essence
    200g Self Raising Flour
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    ΒΌ tsp sea salt
    1 tablespoon Arrowroot
    1 rounded tsp cinnamon
    152g chocolate chips

    Method
    Preheat oven to 350F/180C Gas 4
    Line or grease a loaf tin
    Combine bananas, olive oil, sugar and vanilla
    Whisk the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, arrowroot and cinnamon
    Add the dry ingredients into the banana mixture and stir until smooth
    If the batter looks too thin and wet, add more flour
    Add the chocolate chips
    Bake in the centre of the over for 1hr or until loaf is firm
