Small Adventures in Cooking is written by James Ramsden, who is a twenty something blogger and pop-up supper-club host who believes that the home kitchen should be a place of comfort and reassurance, not terror and torment.
His fuss-free approach to cooking doesn’t mean playing it safe, but finding simple ways to be a bit more adventurous in the kitchen. From a classy version of mushrooms on toast to more sophisticated dishes, such as pork wellington.
A beautifully written cookbook with a wealth of culinary knowledge but written in a boy-next-door sort of way.
This is a fabulous book from a very modern author who is even happy for readers to email him to ask for advice.
Hope this helps towards a new culture of Home Cooking away from ‘eating out’:>>
I think everyone is now thinking it’s cheaper to eat at home 🙂
Small adventures with a big outcome?
He is definitely a talented chef 🙂
