GRAZE, www.graze.com have 100 nutritious snacks that they deliver to your door by royal mail.

You simply join and select what you like from their list of snacks and they then pick your snacks based on the ratings you have selected online.

Under each selection it has questions for you to answer like ‘less often’, ‘very often’, never, try, like and love and the higher you rate the snack the more often you will receive it.

Everything starts with a try and you can then have them delivered to your home or place of work (which is the most popular) for you to graze on during the day.

They all have ‘how healthy’ each choice of yours is from calories, carbs, protein, fats etc listed. They even have some healthy symbols (like an apple) on top of your list. They also have nutrition plans for you to choose from which suits you.

My first box came with a box of ‘honeycomb flapjacks’, ‘billionaire’s shortbread’, ‘bonnie we oatbakes’, and ‘eleanor’s apple crumble’.

The ‘bonnie we oatbakes’ is red onion marmalade with cheese and chive oatbakes, and was absolutely deeeelicious and will definitely be on my ‘very often’ list. Especially with them being only 114 cals.

The ‘billionaire’s shortbread’ consisted of fudge pieces, blanched almonds, milk chocolate drops and cranberries, which again was absolutely deeeelicious and I will have again but at 180 cals for this graze portion will not be one I will choose as much as some of the others.

The ‘honeycomb flapjacks’, were exactly as described and there were three in the pack and could be eaten one at a time with a cup of coffee so the 239 cals wouldn’t put me off ordering them again.

Finally ‘eleanor’s apple crumble’, at only 115 cals is perfect for that morning or afternoon snack and consisted of sultanas, cinnamon and honey almonds and apple.

There is so much more I want to try on their list and will review each delivery as I go along. I have a few voucher codes for a free graze box for you to try so just message me and I will give it you.

    Enjoy your graze…

Unfortunately we don’t have a Royal mail branch here, or I would be into those snacks too!

What a shame, they ought to open one in NZ. 🙂
