Spearmint Tea has been shown to ease the pain of arthritis. According to a leading newspaper, researchers are prescibing two cups of tea a day for four months for people diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the knee.

The tea in the trial which is still in undergoing clinical trials is extra strength, with high levels of rosmarinic acid which is an antioxidant which has been shown to have anti-inflamatory effects.
