What exciting news it was to hear that cocoa is so rich in health benefits that it may decrease blood pressure and improve cholesterol.

I’ll be back but I’m off to bake a chocolate cake!!

i know man! its awesomme! have you tried chocolate tea? (i know, back to my tea obsession, but i know you relate! haha!) check out the brand yogi tea and the bag is called ‘choco aztec spice’…with a little milk n 1 sugar, you have a chocolatey wonder tea!!!!!plus, the tea bags have little positive messages hanging off the bag like ‘take time to contemplate and deliberate’ (my one from this morn!) xxx

Ooooh, can’t wait to try this, thanks skyla, sounds delicious and what a lovely thought having messages on them. I wouldn’t mind writing an article on those if you wouldn’t mind? – you are a mind of information 🙂

Chocolate is wonderful …. but it is also high in oxalic acid … which I am forbidden. Now ain’t that a dilemma??!!

OH NO ohtralala that is awful, what can you have instead of it – sweets????? Hope so that would be awful, what happens if you eat it? Although I wish I did not love it so much I could not live without it. In fact when I had hypnosis to help me lose some weight some years ago I told her to not mention the C word, :)):) x
