Enjoy your green tea and your chillies and at the same time burn up some calories.

According to a recent study if you have two to four cups a day of green tea, it will raise your metabolism enough to burn about an extra 50 calories a day, which equates to 350 calories a week or 1,520 calories a month !!!!!!!!!(Just drinking tea).

If you eat chillies they can also speed up your metabolism by twenty three percent. However, you need at least a tablespoonfull for it to work 🙁

I like green tea. I shall enjoy it even more thinking about the calories I’m burning. I’ll leave the chillies, just have to do some housework.

Has anyone tried green tea with chillies in them, I’m not as keen on chillies but if it will help for weight loss, I’m game x

How well does hot water and lemon work?

Could green tea and lemon work together??

I’m not keen on either so would struggle but like you if it really helped I would give it a go and I must admit I keep reading again and again and again how green tea helps with weight loss. The only thing I’ve read about the hot water and lemon is as a wake up drink to get the adrenalin working. I will have to look into this and I think there is a green tea with lemon, hmmm might try that one. Thnks em :):)
