A Chinese study has shown that people who drank three or more cups of green tea daily were biologically five years younger than those who drank less than a cup a day.

Another research showed that a cup of cocoa every day may help maintain brain health due to the naturally high levels of antioxidants it contains.

Failing that, just drink three cups of ordinary tea a day can reduce the risk of heart disease by 11 per cent and lessen the build up of plaque in the arteries.

I don’t like it Bushka, I wish I did as it’s also good for weight loss but I am going to try a new one I’ve recently read about and will write about it when I’ve tried it.
